The 29th Annual Indoor is an all-comer event which precedes the start of the Minnesota High School Season and is at the close of the collegiate indoor season. Open to residents of Minnesota, neighboring States and Provinces.
Early Entry Fee: $10
Entries must be postmarked by 03/02/09
Regular Entry Fee: $20
Postmarked after 03/02/09 or meet day registration
Spectator Admission: $5 (ages 6 and under free)
Meet Day Registration: Opens at 10:30 AM in the University of Minnesota Fieldhouse lobby.
USATF Membership Required: All competitors must be or become members of USA Track & Field. Register for membership HERE using a credit card, or submit membership payment in addition to meet entry fee with meet registration. Adult membership is $30, youth (18 years of age or younger) membership is $20. Memberships may be submitted with meet day registration.
Awards: Medals to the top three in each age division.
Team Competition: Events will be scored for team competition. If you want to be included in the team scoring, make sure your entry form includes your current (2009) USATF club name. Clubs may renew or register for 2009 membership on meet day.
Age Divisions:
Bantam - Born 1999 and later; Midget - Born 1997-1998; Youth - Born 1995-1996; Intermediate - Born 1993-1994; Young - Born 1991-1992; Open - ages 19-39; Masters - ages 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90+.
Relays: For relays in this meet only, Bantam-Midget-Youth may combine to form a relay team, Intermediate-Young may combine to form a relay team, Open-Masters may combine to form a relay team but will be competing in the Open division.
Report for Your Event: Runners are to report to the clerk 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the event. The clerk will be located near the start line for the event. Field athletes report directly to the event official prior to the scheduled start time for your event.
Pole Vaulters: You are required to supply your own pole vault pole and must vault on a pole for which you do not exceed the weight rating.
Event Limitations: Bantam and Midget age group athletes may compete in a total of three events, including the relay events. All other athletes may compete in four events. Bantam athletes may compete in any event except Triple Jump, Pole Vault, 3000m, 5000m and hurdles. Midget athletes may compete in any event except Triple Jump, Pole Vault, 3000m and 5000m. Youth and Intermediate age group athletes may compete in any event except the 5000m.

2:10 p.m. Mile (all ages)
2:40 p.m. 400m (all ages)
3:10 p.m. 800m (all ages)
3:40 p.m. 200m (all ages)
4:10 p.m. 3000m (all ages except Bantam)
4:30 p.m. 4 x 400m Relay (Bantam-Midget-Youth, Intermediate-Young, Open, Masters)
