Today's youth athletes are tomorrow's champions! As the #1 high school and junior high school participatory sport, track and field, long distance running, and race walking offer a variety of competitive and fitness opportunities. Competition takes place in five two-year age divisions, with athletes generally falling between the ages of 8 and 18.

Win With Integrity Program

The Win With Integrity program is a USA Track & Field program initiative aimed at educating youth, parents, educators, and coaches about the positive results that come from leading a physically active, drug-free lifestyle while living with integrity.

Mark Springer Youth Travel Grant Program

In partnership with the USA Track & Field Foundation, the Mark Springer Youth Travel Grant program offers financial aid in bringing ahtletes to four USATF National Youth, Junior Olympics and Junior championship events.

Youth Club Criminal Background Check Program

To ensure the sport remains a fun and safe environment; youth clubs have implemented a coach/volunteer Criminal Background Check program for those who have direct contact with youth athletes.
